Temporary Legal Staffing
Temporary legal staffing is often needed when a firm takes on a Hart Scott Rodino case. These cases can be extremely document-intensive. Under the Hart Scott Rodino Act, parties of certain types of acquisitions or mergers must file a Notification and Report Form before the merger or acquisition goes through. If the Notification is not filed, and the merger goes through, and it is found that the merger or acquisition is anti-competitive, lawsuits may be filed against the company.
