Who uses electronic discovery services?

Electronic Discovery Services

Electronic discovery services in antitrust matters include everything from identification and collection of data to review, processing and production. These services are pertinent because electronically stored information is everywhere.

Electronically stored information (ESI) can be found on hard drives, file servers, laptops, and just about every type of media (including CDs, DVDs, disks, removable drives, and flash drives).

Using a vendor to help in the discovery process can make this process much more manageable.
